Ann joined the Sugar Hollow Solar team at the beginning of 2025, bringing a background in marketing, communications, and event planning—plus a deep passion for sustainability. Before joining the team, she worked with a climate justice nonprofit and led digital campaigns for sustainable dining initiatives, always finding creative ways to connect people with clean energy and make an impact.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Development from Appalachian State University, where she was recognized for Excellence in Creative Practice and Outstanding Academic Achievement.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Ann in the garden, caring for their many, many, houseplants, trying out a new art project, or hanging out with their dog, Dottie, and two cats, Aspen and Bean. Every summer, she spends time volunteering at Camp Can Do, a camp for kids with cancer that holds a special place in her heart and feels like a second home.
