The East Asheville Tailgate Market was started in 2007 in the parking lot of Groce United Methodist Church. Previously known as the Riceville Tailgate Market in Swannanoa, it has transformed and grown into a collection of vendors with an eclectic array of products. 

Running from May through October, you can find us every Friday from 3-6pm at 954 Tunnel Rd. Stop by and hear local music and get your grocery shopping done for the weekend, buy a gift for a friend, or just come say hello to one of the characters that make up our market community.
