Sugar Hollow Solar is proud to sponsor the 2025 Cold Mountain Music Festival, happening May 30 – June 1 at the stunning Lake Logan campus in Western North Carolina.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Shining Rock Wilderness and Pisgah National Forest, Cold Mountain Music Festival is a celebration of community, creativity, and connection with the natural world — values that resonate deeply with Sugar Hollow Solar’s mission to build a brighter, cleaner future through renewable energy.
This family-friendly weekend features an incredible lineup of musical talent, delicious local food and drink, and activities for all ages. In between Main Stage sets, festival-goers can enjoy performances by youth musicians from the Junior Appalachian Musicians (JAM) program, with $1 from every ticket going to support regional JAM chapters.
Sugar Hollow Solar will be onsite throughout the weekend with our Solar Power House — a mobile, interactive solar station where festival-goers can learn about solar energy, charge their devices, and connect with our team.
Attendees are encouraged to explore the nearly 300-acre campus — hike scenic trails, spot bald eagles along the Pigeon River, swim or boat in the clear waters of Lake Logan, and soak in the mountain magic.
Proceeds from the festival and the 2nd Annual Bishop’s Cup Golf Tournament (held Friday at Laurel Ridge in Waynesville) benefit the nonprofit programs of Lake Logan Retreat Center, Camp Henry, and the Outdoor School — all organizations that, like Sugar Hollow Solar, are dedicated to nurturing people and planet.
Join us for an unforgettable weekend of music, nature, and community spirit!
